The use of the website’s services is only available to persons who are able to legally represent themselves in accordance with the system of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Persons who are unable to legally represent themselves according to the local contract system cannot use the website services.

4- Sending unsolicited messages, including commercial offers and/or advertisements for products or services.
5- Simulation for the purpose of forgery of the Internet Protocol address, e-mail address, or any part of the website address and using it in any e-mail or postal group. Violations that harm system or network security will result in civil and criminal penalties in most cases.

1- In our constant and diligent endeavor to provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products (such as product availability, prices, product specifications, and illustrative images, which are approximate and may differ from the actual reality of the product as well as technical characteristics) and provide comprehensive information about services, we may encounter some typographical errors or Technology .
2- The maximum accuracy limits are taken into account in displaying the colors of products on the website, but the colors you see appearing on the website depend mainly on your screen settings, and this falls outside the scope of our authority, as we cannot confirm with certainty the approved color settings on your screen.

If an invoice is requested and issued for a product or service and the price is incorrect or the information is incorrect due to an error in recording the correct price or information about the products or services, the website has the right in this case to cancel your order and notify you of this cancellation. 2- The management of the SHIFT alone has the right to accept or reject purchase orders, in whole or in part, without the need to give reasons, In the event that the request is accepted, the management of the SHIFT Foundation alone determines the minimum and maximum quantities of one product for each order.
3- If the order is placed and the product is not available, the order will be canceled and the customer will be informed either by call, email, or sending a text message from the system. If the order was paid electronically, the amount will be returned to the same bank card used for payment.
6- Product availability as well as prices are subject to change without prior notice.
7- Personal care products are not exchangeable or returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product
8- Compensations and limits of liability – SHIFT shall not be responsible for any consequential or incidental loss, damage, or expenses resulting directly or indirectly from the sale, use or dealing with the product or any reason related to that, regardless of the allegations made, including allegations of non-compliance with the warranty or negligence. Its responsibility is limited only to replacing the products that do not comply with this agreement, or returning the value of these goods and returning them to the buyer’s account, or coordinating with him to repair the parts as we deem appropriate. If SHIFT requests that the goods be returned to it, the returned shipment will be delivered to our warehouses based on the return instructions. Private. Accordingly, the compensation mentioned in this paragraph represents the buyer’s sole recourse against SHIFT if it breaches one of its obligations, whether it is a warranty or any other kind of breach. As long as our website does what it can to correct any violation of the law that may occur, it will ensure that the compensation it provides as stated in this clause is satisfactory.

Delivery and shipping policy
Shipment processing dates depend on your order, city, and payment type. Please note pre-orders are not included within the standard shipping time details below.
Delivery is 2-7 working days within the Eastern Province and Riyadh, with the exception of Friday, which does not represent working days, public holidays, and major discount campaigns such as Eid, Saudi National Day, and end-of-year sales.
Delivery is 3-10 working days to all regions except the Eastern Province and Riyadh, except for Friday, which does not represent working days
During public holidays, delivery may take up to 3-8 business days depending on the delivery schedule.
Regarding the policy for installing all air conditioners, an amount of 149 riyals will be charged, including installation and delivery
And the pipes (4 meters), which do not include the price shown on the product
It includes a rubber chair for the air conditioner, and if a wall chair is requested, it is necessary to pay the chair fee
Fees apply if there are more than 4 meters of pipe.
Delivery is the estimated period of delivery,
If the product is out of stock or there is any delay in delivery customers will be informed by our customer service team.
If it is not possible to contact the customer, the delivery date will be delayed. The delivery will be rescheduled without any responsibility on the SHIFT store and the store is not responsible for any invoice that has not been claimed within a period of 60 days.
If the store is unable to send the shipment under any circumstances, the customer will be informed by calling, sending a text message, or e-mail, and if this is not answered, there is no responsibility on the store.
Shipping companies are not obligated to deliver the product inside your home except with the agreement of the shipping company
When the product is delivered to shipping companies or through the SHIFT store fleet to deliver it to the customer and there is no response or it is rejected by the customer, the order will be returned and the customer will bear the value of the logistical costs of the return process and also re-send the product again if the customer requests it.
Delivery of small items through couriers (less than 30 kg) Delivery fee: 10 riyals, and the cost may increase depending on the area to be delivered – free shipping on orders more than 199 Saudi riyals for the Eastern region only.
Cash on delivery fee: 15 Saudi riyals with tax, cash upon delivery.
The item is delivered through SHIFT or through an authorized shipping agent (any item – above 199SR), and delivery will be free of charge without any additional cost. If any item is returned after delivery, return fees will apply.
In any unfortunate situation that may prevent the delivery of the purchased item, SHIFT Store is committed to dealing with the customer’s request with priority according to the situation and reasons.
Amendment to the list of terms and conditions
We have the absolute right at any time to amend the terms and conditions of the website without prior notice or warning. You can access the latest version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on the Website. If you do not accept the amendments to the terms and conditions, you must stop using this service.
